أصعب حاجة في مصر إن الواحد يروح يخلص ورق أو يعمل إجراءات، و أكبر سبب للمشكلة دي إن معظمنا مش بيبقي عارف الخطوات و الورق المطلوب منه أو حتى المكان اللي بيقدم الخدمة اللي هو عايزها.
